MIGHTY MOUS MASTER!

The need to keep up with the latest developments in computer programmes is nowhere more apparent than at Computer Literate.

To under-line her commitment to continual improvement, Tracey Hassall-Jones, Founder, has just completed her MOUS (Microsoft Office User Specialist) certification at ‘expert level’ and has become a MOUS Master Instructor – the highest qualification for trainers of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Tracey commented:

"I wanted to achieve MOUS certification for several reasons, but the most important being to help Computer Literate fulfil its objective of providing the best computer training for its clients."

The exams, five in total, were taken directly with Microsoft via the Internet. With world-wide continuity and results being delivered just seconds after completing each exam, that’s surely an excellent example of useful, on-line technology!

Microsoft provides regular programme development updates to all qualified MOUS Master Instructors. Together with the hands-on experience gained by Tracey, this will enable Computer Literate to offer specific training for the MOUS certificates, starting at the basic levels, to compliment the existing range of training expertise provided.

Microsoft Office is one of the most popular desktop applications used in small and medium sized businesses today - to which many of you will attest – and the MOUS certificates are a comprehensive way of recognising proficiency in each application.
